Durham St. Residence 

In this project, a modern family home was designed following a client's constraints. The site is situated in Brooklin, ON, and required an exterior facade in keeping with the heritage district requirements of the city. Peaked roof lines needed to be implemented into the design while still maintaining a modern aesthetic. Drawings were completed using AutoCAD.
